Launching Browser Extension
EXIP Development team launched the browser extension V1.0 Beta for Google Chrome browser on 01st August 2021. The extension was under development, going through the patenting procedures during the last couple of months. The team did their first successful testing in front of the investors on 20th July 2021, during the launch of IEO. The audience was able to view the first test site hosted under the EXIP DNS.
This browser extension will enable Google Chrome users to view the websites hosted via EXIP DNS solutions. Similar extensions are under development for other major browsers and are yet to be released to the market.
When major browsers change their flowchart to enable the decentralized websites to be viewed without the help of extensions will mark the ultimate success, and the strategy behind the standalone EXIP browser will make it real.
Live on VCTV
On the 10th of August, our Founder and CEO, Shashi Meghawarna, participated live on VCTV. He took the project in front of popular venture capitalists who provided valuable strategic advice. The “How to find funding for your startup?” programme gave us a broad spectrum in reaching more potential venture capitalists interested in the project.
Independent Smart Contract Audit
“Have you done your audits?” was an often-confronted question since its inception. “YES! We have Completed.”
Quill Audits — a reputed audit entity, was nominated as the 3rd party audit firm to conduct the smart contract audit. The procedure ran across all relevant curriculum pertaining to the security and longevity of the project. The firm completed their procedures and released the reports on the 19th of August.
The recommendations were forwarded to the technical team for consideration.

Extending the IEO
The management decided to extend the period of IEO. The decision was taken to facilitate necessary counteractive measures to confront several external factors marked beyond control due to the delays caused by the pandemic. The delays experienced in investors signing up and 3rd party smart contract audits were remarkable.

A: EXIP has a fixed total supply of 2,100,000 tokens.We have allocated 75,000 tokens to the team, which have been locked, 50% for one year and 50% for two years. All 25,000 Pre Sale tokens have also been locked until the end of 2021. EXIP does not charge transaction fees when trading EXIP tokens.
